UNEMPLOYED!

Today was my last day at Moxie's. I now have no job, and I'm thrilled. I've got beers in the freezer, chicken on the BBQ, and hockey on the T.V. A bunch of us are going out boozing tonight, since it's Katie's last night here, AND my last day of work, AND Jared's birthday...I may not be able to tell you how things went until Saturday, but I'll keep you posted.

Idle Fellow: Playoff Edition

The Stanley Cup playoffs got underway last night, and there was some really entertaining games on T.V. I watched all four overtimes in the Vancouver/Dallas game, as well as both overtimes in the San Jose/Nashville game. Hopefully tonight's games will be just as good.

I also discovered a new beer that I like! Learning new things is fun! It's called "Dude", and it's made in Prince George. I doubt that I'll be able to get it in Saskatchewan, so maybe I'll bring some back with me at the end of the month.

DAY OFF!

I've decided to spend my day off curled up on the couch with a pizza, a beer, and season 1 of "The Venture Brothers". For those of you who don't know, "The Venture Brothers" is a show about, well, two brothers whose last names are "Venture". Actually, the show revolves around their father, a super-scientist, but the real reason to watch the show is for Brock Samson, their secret-agent bodyguard. Good times. No offense, but whatever your favourite show is, it totally sucks compared to "The Venture Brothers".

I'm tired of waking up tired, waking up tired, waking up tired...

25 down, 1 to go. I havn't had a day off since the 8th of March, but after tomorrow, I've got TWO WHOLE DAYS to myself, and I'm at loose ends. I'm serious, I dunno what I'm gonna do. I can't come up with a good way to spend my first day off in almost a month, so I need some suggestions. Help me out here, would you?
