Ding Dong Doodley...

It's been a while, so I'll do my best to update y'all on the important bits of the last couple weeks, ok? Cool.

I played in a poker tournament last weekend. I finished 2nd out of 78 guys and I won $275.00. I have used this money to buy beer, pizza, Ben Harper's latest CD, and a Sailor Dan* original.

I also went to my sister's/brother-in-law's birthday thing last Saturday. It was fun imes.

Not much else has happened to me in the last 2 weeks or so...Oh yeah! Arlan recruited me, Dev, and Brett to do some vocals for a new Moose Pipe Elk song, but I really shouldn't talk too much about that until it's finished. I don't wanna spoil the surprise.

Aside from that, I've pretty much just been hanging out in the basement, watching the first round of the playoffs unfold. All my drafts are looking like bullshit, so I don't know how interested I'll be past the first round, but you never know.

What with the good weather we've had the last few days, I put in a little time cleaning out the fire pit in the back yard. Then I built a fire and cooked some dogs and drank some beer. If there's a better time to be had in the backyard, I probably can't pronounce it.
